By joining in a community of practice, we challenge the isolation, alienation & cruelty that swirls around us. We practice seeing our experience with more clarity and opening our hearts into more spacious kindness & well being.
Suitable for new and experienced meditators alike.
THE RETREAT will be led by teachers from the Austin and San Antonio / Wimberly Insight Meditation Sanghas (Mariposa and the Yellow Dogs!): Carolyn Kelley & Neil Stegall from Austin Mariposa Sangha; Randy & Anita Gribbin from San Antonio / Wimberly Yellow Dog Sangha; and Lisa Hoover from Buddhist Geeks. Between us we have literally hundreds of years of practice experience, and many years of cumulative retreat experience. Yoga will be offered by Lori Nazareth of Mariposa Sangha.
